All project quotations and estimates given are valid for a period of 30 days unless otherwise mentioned. Prices depend on the information provided at the time of the quotation and may vary if project specifications, quantities, or materials change.

3. Payment Term

Payment for services is required as stipulated in the project proposal or invoice. We accept credit card payments, bank transfers, or other methods mentioned in the invoice. Late payment may result in project delay or suspension of services.

4. Project Scheduling and Delivery

We will do our best to stick to the estimated timelines. However, Shore Coating Innovation will not be liable for delays that are out of its control, such as supply shortages, bad weather, or logistical problems. The delivery or collection times will be confirmed beforehand and may be adjusted if necessary.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are obliged to give proper project specifications, which should include sizes, types of material, colors, and finishes. Coating areas must be properly prepared unless the project entails full surface preparation services.

6. Intellectual Property

Shore Coating Innovation owns all the rights, titles, and interests in all content published on this website. No one is allowed to copy, distribute, or use any part of the website for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

7. Warranties and Limitations

Shore Coating Innovation assures the quality of its work and the application of its coatings. But, we are not liable for the results if the materials are not prepared properly, are misused, or are exposed to harsh conditions that are beyond normal use. The amount of damages we will be liable for is the same as the cost of the service rendered.
